​Course Overview:

This 10-week experience invites you to reclaim the body as a sacred rythm—your truest guide. Through a fusion of Kundalini energy activation, deep rest through Yoga Nidra, and expressive dance, you will learn to read your inner compass with clarity. You’ll move from dissociation to embodiment, from confusion to deep knowing, and from self-abandonment to self-trust.

Each week includes:

  • Kundalini Activation – to awaken the energy body

  • Yoga Nidra Practice – to rewire the nervous system and access intuitive stillness

  • Dance + Expressive Movement – to release stored emotion and embody truth

  • Integration Practice – journaling, partner inquiry, or somatic routine

Week 1: Coming Home to the Body

Theme: Safe in the Temple

  • Kundalini: Grounding & awakening

  • Yoga Nidra: Deep body sensing

  • Dance: Reclaiming presence in your skin

  • Focus: Establishing safety, awakening the inner compass

Week 2: The Language of Yes & No

Theme: Honoring Truth in the Body

  • Kundalini: Unlocking inner strength, clarity and intuition

  • Yoga Nidra: Exploring boundaries in the subtle body

  • Dance: Somatic yes/no practice (leading with instinct)

  • Focus: Learning body signals for boundaries, desire & aversion

Week 3: Listening to Silence

Theme: Trusting the Quiet

  • Kundalini: Strengthening the inner vision

  • Yoga Nidra: Resting in the void

  • Dance: Moving from stillness

  • Focus: Cultivating the wisdom of pause, the power of the space between

Week 4: Movement as Message

Theme: Let the Body Speak

  • Kundalini: Breath of fire & heart-opening movement

  • Yoga Nidra: Embodied emotional release

  • Dance: Moving through emotion (anger, grief, joy)

  • Focus: Interpreting physical sensation and movement as guidance

Week 6: Pleasure & Aliveness

Theme: The Yes That Lives in the Body

  • Kundalini: Awakening sensual energy (sacral work)

  • Yoga Nidra: Sensory expansion & pleasure mapping

  • Focus: Accessing embodied joy, play, and creation

Week 7: Expressing Without Words

Theme: Voice of the Body

  • Kundalini:  Creative expression and the art of allowing

Week 8: The Sacred No

Theme: Boundaries as Devotion

  • Kundalini: Aura strengthening + energetic containment

  • Yoga Nidra: Honoring saying no with ease

  • Dance: Rehearsing “no” through movement

  • Focus: Energetic discernment, embodied refusal, protection of life-force

Week 9: Integration of the Compass

Theme: Living the Wisdom

  • Kundalini: Full body alignment

  • Yoga Nidra: Journey through the body’s timeline

  • Dance: Your body’s story in movement

Week 10: Embodied Expression Ceremony

Theme: I Am the Compass

  • Kundalini: Celebration and breath ceremony

  • Yoga Nidra: Visioning the path forward

  • Dance: Group expression

  • Focus: Celebrating the body’s intelligence, the self as sovereign
