The best guides are those who have walked the path themselves. My name is Willow, and I don’t speak from theory—I share only what I have lived, learned, unlearned, and survived.

After a suicide attempt in 2006 and committing to sobriety in 2015, I began the slow and sacred journey of returning to my body and choosing to live—on Life’s terms. I was disassociated and disconnected, unaware of how deeply my traumas had fractured my sense of self. What followed was a total rebirth—one that brought me into presence, self-acceptance, and a love I had never known for my own being.

Rebirth as a Path

My work is centered around death as initiation and rebirth as liberation.

I guide others through deeply transformative processes that facilitate

defragmentation at a cellular level,

supporting them in upgrading their nervous systems,

behaviors, communication,

and embodiment patterns—to align

with the version of themselves they consciously choose.

I don’t claim to fix or heal anyone.

Instead,

I walk beside you as you reclaim what’s already within.

My Background

For nearly two decades, I’ve studied patterns of aging, dis-ease, trauma, communication,

belief systems, and healing. I’ve had the privilege of sitting

with Elders, walking with the dying, and supporting families in their grief and transitions.

I’ve also worked with numerous plant teachers

and shamanic tools, always in service of deep soul reconnection.
