For more than two decades, I have been studying human behavior, communication, consciousness, addiction, healing, transformation, and the patterns that shape human experience.

I believe that much of human suffering is not caused by reality itself, but by the meaning we have learned to assign to reality.

Communication is shaped by experience, environment, introduction, and programming. We interpret according to the understanding and intention through which we learned. We respond according to our map of reality, not reality itself.

My life’s work is helping people recognize the unconscious patterns that shape their perceptions, relationships, behaviors, and decisions so they can consciously create a different experience of life.

Education, Training & Certifications

I hold an Associate Degree in Occupational Science, providing a foundation in understanding human function, behavior, adaptation, and the relationship between environment and well-being.

My professional training includes:

  • Certified Death Doula
  • 500-Hour Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher
  • Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner
  • Certified Neuro-Semantics Practitioner
  • Somatic Awareness and Nervous System Regulation Specialist
  • Plant Medicine Preparation, Integration, and Harm Reduction Guide
  • Shamanic Practitioner and Medicine Woman

Over the years, I have integrated these disciplines into a practical framework that bridges the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational aspects of healing and growth.

Lived Experience

My relationship with addiction, recovery, transformation, and human resilience is both professional and deeply personal.

Following a suicide attempt in 2006, I found myself facing a question that many people encounter at some point in their lives: Would I choose to continue living, and if so, why? What followed was not a journey I consciously sought, but one that emerged from necessity. I had to learn how to rebuild meaning, reconnect with myself, and develop a relationship with life that extended beyond survival.

Having maintained sobriety since 2015, I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work of recovery, healing, and personal transformation. I understand addiction not only as a relationship with substances, but as a relationship with pain, avoidance, survival strategies, and the search for relief. Recovery is not simply about abstaining from a behavior; it is about creating a life that no longer requires escape.

My greatest education has come not from studying healing, but from needing it. Not from teaching resilience, but from cultivating it. I am intimately familiar with hopelessness, despair, grief, and the profound courage required to choose life when life feels impossible. The path I walk today was not born from theory. It was forged through experience.

Because of that, I meet people without judgment. Whether someone is navigating addiction, trauma, spiritual crisis, identity transformation, grief, or simply a deep sense that there must be another way to live, I understand what it means to stand at the threshold between who you have been and who you are becoming.

This work is not about fixing people. It is about helping them remember their capacity to heal, adapt, grow, and reclaim authorship of their own lives.

A Lifetime of Study

My education extends far beyond classrooms and certifications.

I grew up on 90 acres in an underground home and have lived in more than 150 different residences throughout my life. I have traveled extensively, immersed myself in diverse communities and cultures, and spent decades observing the universal patterns that connect human beings regardless of background, belief system, or circumstance.

I have studied aging, dying, communication, behavior, resilience, and transformation through direct experience. My work has taken me into homes, hospitals, recovery communities, sacred spaces, and end-of-life settings where I witnessed firsthand the moments that reveal what truly matters.

As a Death Doula, Psychopomp, teacher, facilitator, and guide, I have supported individuals through profound transitions—from addiction to recovery, from crisis to clarity, from loss to meaning, and from survival to genuine peace.

The Work I Do Today

Today, I am the founder of the Institute of Embodied Peace and creator of the P.E.A.C.E. Framework—a model for living that integrates:

Presence

Emotional Intelligence

Awareness

Clarity

Embodiment

Through writing, speaking, workshops, immersive experiences, private mentoring, and community gatherings, I help people understand the patterns beneath their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

My goal is not to tell people what to think.

My goal is to help them see more clearly.

Because when we become conscious of the stories, beliefs, and conditioning that shape our reality, we gain the freedom to choose something different.

Peace is not the absence of conflict. It is the capacity to remain present within it.

And when Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Awareness, Clarity, and Embodiment come together, peace is no longer something we seek.

It becomes something we embody.
