About Willow Green

For decades, Willow has studied the patterns that shape human experience—how we think, feel, communicate, relate, adapt, heal, and change.
Willow's work brings together years of lived experience, formal training, shamanic practice, somatic awareness, behavioral study, recovery work, and her experience supporting people through some of life’s most significant transitions.
Willow works with people who are at a threshold of change. Sometimes that threshold is grief, loss, recovery, relationship change, identity, aging, transformation, or simply the feeling that the way you have been living no longer fits who you want to become.
Together, you will explore the patterns beneath the surface. You look at what is happening in your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and inner world—and how those pieces are influencing one another.
Willow's role is not to tell you who to be or give you a life to follow. It is to help you see more clearly. To recognize your patterns. To reconnect with your own inner knowing. To develop greater awareness and discernment. And to make conscious choices about what comes next. She believes transformation is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully yourself.
Willow's own journey—from survival to awareness, from fragmentation to integration—has taught her that every part of our story contains information. When we are willing to look honestly, listen deeply, and take responsibility for what we discover, change becomes possible.
Willow's work is grounded in integrity, curiosity, compassion, and the belief that you are the authority on your own life.
Willow is here to help you come home to yourself.
