And I do not stand here alone.
For the last 20 years, I’ve had the rare and sacred opportunity to live alongside elders—men in their 70s, 80s, and 90s—who shared their lives, stories, and hard-won truths with me.
Not through lectures.
Not through theory.
But through presence, devotion, and day-to-day embodiment.
These were men who had seen things—war, heartbreak, fatherhood, aging, forgiveness, devotion, discipline, death, and love.
Men who had done the inner work not because it was trendy, but because life demanded it of them.
I sat at their tables.
I listened to their silences.
I felt the transmission not just in their words, but in their walk, their breath, their stillness.
And now—I bring it all here.
This mentorship is not just mine.
It is ours—a space built from their wisdom, and offered through my hands and heart.
I am here to walk with you, to challenge and support you,
to reflect your truth back to you,
and to create a space where you remember who you are.
It’s a sacred transmission.
